Pages not taking on theme settings

This may be odd, and I cannot find a solution to this.
This site I’m working on had another parent/child theme. I think it was something the client was messing with before I got on board. The site didn’t have any content but had two place holder pages with lorem ipsum. Possibly templates or quickly made using the Gutenberg editor to see how the theme looked. Here’s the theme it was running prior to me adding Enfold: Hever (Child); Varia (Parent). The WP default Twenty Twenty was still in the themes dashboard but deactivated.

I uploaded, installed, and activated the Enfold parent and child theme.
I adjusted all the theme settings in the Child Theme, and I started to create the homepage and all was fine. I didn’t add any custom CSS, and I didn’t add anything to the function.php.
The previews were fine except for the footer. It had some weird placeholder text that I never noticed with a newly installed Enfold theme. (This is the 5th-6th time I’m using Enfold for a website)
Then all of a sudden, little things weren’t matching what I set in the Enfold theme settings.
Example – link colors were wrong, the transparent header would not shrink, diagonal border disappears, padding on sides of the page is wrong, footer took on a border.
It was a gradual increase of effects. One preview it would be one thing wrong, the next preview would see 2-3 things wrong, and not it’s just not right.
Now the home page is just all wrong, and at the end of the homepage, the content for the 404 error page shows up.

I deactivated plug-ins and checked. Still the same. The client did add Jetpack to the WordPress site before I got access, and I’ve never worked with Jetpack before.
But here’s the kicker… I tried to delete the deactivated themes (Hever, Varia, Twenty Twenty), but I can’t! When I go to theme details for each of those themes, there’s no Delete option on the bottom right corner.
I then activated Twenty Twenty, and noticed the Parent and Child Enfold themes have the delete option, but Vaira and Hever did not.

I’m not sure what’s wrong. Is it because the deactivated Hever, Varia, and Twenty Twenty templates? Is something overriding the Enfold options? Is it the Enfold child theme? Is there a setting I’m missing in WordPress?
