    Tried making a change to a few pages and the changes aren’t updating.

    On Safari, was getting “Update failed due to JSON”, but on Chrome I managed to make a few changes, but now i’m not able to update the page.

    It says page updated at the bottom left, but the button on the top right is stuck at updating and the page isn’t reflecting the changes.

    On one of my other pages, I can’t even make any edits! It’s stuck on the edit screen.

    Guys, can I get an update on this? Need a response on this asap. Updates work on some pages, but don’t work on some. get the JSON error.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I’m not able to reproduce the problem you are describing, I added some content to the page in private, and everything updated as expected. How can we reproduce this problem?

    Can you create a new page with the Advance Layout Editor and add a color section to it? It shows up every time i do that.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update, but I’m not even allowed to save a new page. I get this error message when trying to save a new page as a draft or publish it:

    403
Forbidden
Access to this resource on the server is denied!

    Please try reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they know why you are getting that error message. It doesn’t look to be WordPress message, so they should be able to tell you why that happens.
