    Hi,

    After the last update of Enfold to 4.7.6.3, it seems the FAQ Accordination have a problem. Before the update when we linked for example to https://www.petvilla.co.nz/faq/#christmas1 or https://www.petvilla.co.nz/faq/#toggle-id-5 the Page scroll down and the Tab was opened (all other was closed). It still scrolls down, but the Tab is not open anymore.

    Any idea, what can cause the problem?

    It seems that you need to put “-active” at the end of the URL, so f.i. for my CAMRAS-website https://www.camras.nl/en/about-camras/about-the-website/#en-sitemap-active.
    But I do not understand why? And I do not know if that works for a FAQ-list as in this case.

    We noticed a few class names in the toggle content which is not supposed to be there by default, but they don’t get added constantly which is quite odd. We tried to login to check the issue further but the account above is invalid. Please check the info or provide another admin account.

    Sorry for the delay. Looks like the toggle opens but it doesn’t display the content and only turns white. Unfortunately, we are still not sure why it behaves like that. Is there a staging or development version of the site?

    Can you provide me with an email address, then I send you an Invite to UH VPN. That is easy to setup and allow you access to the Server. we cannot easily open up the Server for the Public, that is a kind of risk. There are several Websites on it, some with sensitive data. Or when you know another FAQ Plugin with similar functionality, I can switch.

    Hi,

    We would not want to compromise the security of the sites and the data, so I think it’s best not to get any access to it. And looks like the issue only happens when attempting to open a specific item using a direct link. Unfortunately, we could not reproduce the same issue on our installation, so it is probably cause by another script or plugin. Would you consider just opening the page containing the FAQ element instead of linking to a specific item?

    There are FAQ or accordion plugins available out there that we could try, but you would have to test them because we haven’t used any of them before. Please check the following plugins.
