Wordpress 5.5 update, images not showing

Hi,
We updated everything (WordPress 5.5) and all formatting disappeared. Updated to the latest version of Enfold, but the images are not showing in the image library or on the website.

We’ve got some depracated code according to the plugin we installed.

Login details are supplied in private content.

We’ve fixed it – was file/folder permissions that somehow got changed during the WordPress or plugi updates.
