The following message is on my dashboard:

Please Note: Any customizations you have made to theme files will be lost. Please consider using child themes for modifications.>>

My question is with regard to the “note” about customizations: are the snippets of code I’ve put into the “quick CSS” considered customizations that will be lost?

Hi Kaleidoscope_Advertising_and_Design_Inc,

Please update Enfold first before updating to WordPress 5.5, since some users report missing Enfold Theme Options menu (it gets fixed after updating to 4.7.6.3)
Also, WordPress 5.5 removes jQuery migrate which causes a lot of issues to some plugins and the fix is to install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/
