Hi,
recently Avia Layout Architect keeps showing the loading symbol when I access a page, product etc. to edit in my backend.
I was able to identify a specific plugin, which when active, seems to cause this error. However, I need this plugin for my site. It is called WooCommerce Perfect SEO Url.
Any ideas how to fix this?
Best regards
Arkadi

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Please note that the theme cannot be compatible with all third party plugins, I would advise that you try reaching out to the plugin developers as well, or try looking for an alternative plugin.

August 17, 2020 at 8:15 am #1238409Hi,
Thanks for that. I see the same problem on my end, you are getting error messages from the file in private. Does the same thing happen if you activate one of the default WordPress themes? You could also try to disable all plugins except the problem one and WooCoomerce to see if there is a conflict coming from any of your other plugins.
Our support is limited when it comes to plugins which are not officially supported by the theme, so you might want to reach out to the plugin developers as well.

RikardAugust 17, 2020 at 1:49 pm #1238490Hi Rikard,
thank you for the insights! I don´t really feel comfortable executing your suggestions myself since I messed up the complete site lately with similar actions. How do you think chances are a good developer could fix this and in which timeframe? There are also a couple of other issues I might need help with. So if you are free for freelance job or you know someone, please let me know.
The plugin does not have support, only a bug report. There I have already reported the problem.
Best regards,
Arkadi
August 19, 2020 at 5:31 am #1239004Hi Arkadi,
Thanks for the update. A good developer should be able to solve this problem in a few hours, but I can’t guarantee that. It’s just what I think. I’m not accepting freelance jobs myself, but you should should be able to find someone on freelancer networks like Upwork or Hubstaff.
Best regards,
RikardAugust 19, 2020 at 2:44 pm #1239190Alright, thank you Rikard.
