I am trouble shooting a full width slider banner in Enfold which seems to load a black screen when viewed. This has happened twice whilst building pages. I’ve fixed it once but struggling to fix it this time. The last 2 new pages I’ve created are now displaying a black screen. I’ve deleted the panel and updated and still it displays the black screen. I’ve updated the plugin and cleared my cache a few times and its still not helping. How do i fix this problem?

VictoriaAugust 14, 2020 at 6:10 am #1237673Hi Victoria, I’ve managed to fix the problem with updates to php and plug-in issues. I’ve now got a problem with the ENFOLD logo overlaying in the header panel which I can’t seem to remove. Can you provide assistance on this please? Thanks Lori

Are you able to screenshot the issue? I’m not able to see it.

Jordan ShannonAugust 14, 2020 at 8:34 am #1237707Hi, the ENFOLD logo showing up on every page when viewing each page but is not visible in the theme setting options. There seems to be no where in these options to upload a screen shot to show you. If you login in you will see it.
August 16, 2020 at 5:53 am #1238082Hi,
I’m not seeing a logo on the front end either, did you try loading the site in an incognito or private window to see if that works better? If you need to send us screenshots then you can upload them to a service like Google Drive or Dropbox, then link to them here.
Best regards,

August 21, 2020 at 4:43 am #1239711Hi,
Thanks for the screenshots. I don’t think we are viewing the same site as you are, when I login using the details you posted in your first post then I get redirected the URL in private. It’s not the same as the site in your screenshots as you can see, how can we view the site with the problem?
Best regards,
Rikard -
