    Hello:

    I’ve purchased and uploaded the Enfold Restaurant theme. It indicated that it uploaded fine. It’s missing a lot of content that didn’t upload. I uninstalled and installed again. Same thing…

    I have purchased about 25 Enfold themes and have never had this happen. I uploaded the compressed version.

    Thanks for any assistance.

    Thanks for that, those details are working. I compared your site to the demo and it’s a bit different, I’m guessing that you have worked on the page yourself? What content exactly are you missing?

    Hola,
    No, I haven’t worked on the site. The images transferred and are in the gallery, yet not on all of the pages, and layout is distorted. I uninstalled the theme and re-installed it again.

    Maybe the problem is in the demos CSS Styling?

    Hi Debra,

    I can see a big difference for sure, but I’ve never seen a demo import go that wrong before, so I assumed that you had altered it in some way. If you want to then we can import the demo shortcodes directly for you, just let us know if you want us to do that for you.

    Hi Rikard,

    I’ve never had an import go so wrong with Enfold either. Which is why I keep trying. I have a few restaurants that I’m creating their websites and would like to use this theme – so yes, if you can figure it out – that would be much appreciated.

    I tried the theme three times now. It just keeps getting worse. LOL

    I’m providing verified credentials below.

    Hi Debra,

    Thanks for the update. I activate debug mode and added the shortcodes from the demo front page to a new page, please see private. The content shows fine, but there are some images missing. We can add them manually for you if you want? The styling is a bit off compared to the demo, but it looks to only be the font size which can be adjusted under Enfold->General Styling->Fonts. If you want us to import the demo settings for you again, then just let us know and we’ll do it for you.

    Another thing; if this is not a live site then I would advise that you deactivate your caching plugin. There’s no point in caching your content if it’s no live.
