    Hello,
    I am struggling trying to get the google API to work. I have followed the directions in the theme link to register an API but continue to get a message saying Could not connect to API with this key.

    How do I fix this? Thank you.

    Hey Myra,

    Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also please point out where you are using the Google Maps element so that we can see what error messages you are getting.

    I tried several times to create the key. I put all three in the private content.

    Hi myralynn,

    The map is not free, it has a free quota, and then it has to be paid for. You need to have billing enabled.
