    Hi support,
    unfortunately the audio player is not visible in Google Chrome on Mac (High Sierra and Catalina).
    The website is https://mcmusic.de
    With Firefox, Safari or Opera everything works fine.
    Could you please take a look and help maybe?

    Hey LarryLayouter,

    I can’t reproduce that on my end using Chrome and OSX, please see screenshot in private. I see the same thing when I compare Chrome and Firefox. Could you try loading the site in an incognito window to see if that helps?

    Hi Rikard,
    thanks for your answer; I tried as you said and the audio player came up again.
    It was the Ghostery extension that blocked the cookie tracker of the “Complianz | GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent” plugin.
    Sorry to bother you with this kind of trivial issue but I haven´t had something like this before.
