    Genuine question…

    For quite some time now, WordPress has had the Site Icon feature in the customiser.

    Is there any need for the favicon field in the theme settings still? Or could it at least reflect what is done in the customiser?

    Seems like otherwise two files are getting loaded, the favicon from the theme and the site icon from WP itself?

    Hi THP,

    The favicon in WordPress and in the Enfold Theme Options does the same thing, if you have added it in the Customizer then there’s no need to add it in the Theme Options.
