    I am seeing this error trying to update from 4.5.7 to 4.7.6.1.

    An error occurred while updating Enfold: Could not copy file. enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/product_snippets/product_snippet_tabs.php

    Please advise

    Hey roosites,

    Thanks for the details. There is a htaccess login prompt before being able to login to WordPress, could you include those details too please? I checked the FTP details as well, but they don’t seem to work unfortunately. Please check and verify.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I’ve uploaded and activated the latest version of the theme, please review your site. If everything works and looks as it should, then you can delete the old version under Appearance in the WordPress menu.
