    Hi folks,

    The promotional email which I recieved from Enfold offered a support extension to my surrent license for $29,38. The link in that email did not link me to this offer. So, the question is, where can I find this offer?

    For your information I added a screenshot of the email below in the private section.

    I already posted a ticket with this question, but the topic was closed without solution, so that’s why I post this again as a new ticket,

    Hey Alexander,

    Sorry for the problem. We don’t handle that part of the business at all actually, it’s all managed by Envato/Themeforest. I think you should be able to extend support in your account at Themeforest though? If you can’t find it then please try reaching out to Envato support, they should be in a better position to help you out with this.
