Dear Support-Team,
is there a loading issue currently? I have problems with my mobile hamburger menu. Sometimes it works and often I have to reload the page in order to make it work. The desktop version is also loading strangely and all elements appear after quite a long time correctly. I already contacted the Thrive support since I am using Thrive Architect. They detected a caching problem but also found out that the theme might have a loading issue because with other themes it seems to work. Can you please help me here?
Thanks a lot in advance.
Yours
SaruJuly 29, 2020 at 9:12 am #1233912I have more information about my problem now: Thrive Architect isn’t loading while the Woocommerce plugin is active. When I deactivate woocommerce it is working fine. The Thrive support already had a closer look on that issue and they are sure that the reason for the problem can only be the theme.
Could you please check if there is an issue with enfold and woocommerce?
Best regardsJuly 30, 2020 at 5:59 am #1234071Hi,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 990px) { .responsive #top #wrap_all .main_menu { right: 50px; } }

thank you. I just did that but it seems that nothing has changed.
Do you have another idea?
Best regards

I can see the burger menu fine now, but it’s not working unfortunately. I see that you are getting jQuery errors on this file: sassy-social-share-public.js?ver=3.3.10:769, what happens if you disable that plugin?
Best regards,
RikardAugust 3, 2020 at 10:33 pm #1234991Hi Rikard,
thank you for your response. Unfortunately it doesn’t change anything if I disable the sassy social share plugin.
Actually the not always working hamburger menu is only one of my issues. I also cannot use Thrive Architect while Woocommerce is activated. I already contacted Thrive and Woocommerce. Both told me the problem has to be the theme… Do you know anything about that?Best regards
TanjaAugust 5, 2020 at 1:14 pm #1235394Hi Tanja,
Thanks for the update. The mobile menu is working now on my end, if you can’t see that then please try loading the site in an incognito/private window. I see that you are using the Async JavaScript plugin, please deactivate that if you should have any further problems, as it’s most likely causing problems with jQuery. Enfold is fully compatible with WooCommerce, but we can’t support a third party layout builder since the theme comes with its own.
Best regards,
Rikard -
