    Hello Kriesi Team,

    We purchased theme few days back from envato. We installed theme, activated licence and imported demo today.

    But there are problems.

    Homepage

    It shows error on home page, about us page etc. Cannot even got to edit page. Please check. Providing access in private section.

    Please check and make the theme work Thanks.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details and screenshot. I checked your front page but I can’t see any error messages, could you post a direct link to the page where your screenshot is taken from please? I couldn’t find a page called About Us either.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the clarification. I can’t reproduce that problem on my end though, please see screenshot in private. Could you try a different browser or use a private/incognito window to see if that works better please?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the video and sorry for the late reply. I still can’t reproduce this problem on your actual site though, so it must be some sort of local problem. Did you try to use a different browser, or a private/incognito tab to see if that helps?
