Changing icon in theme

Hi,

I hope you can please help.

There is an icon in the theme I would like to please change if possible.

The icon is visible throughout the homepage but I can’t work out where/if it is possible to change it.

The icon I would like to change is the little weighing scale things. It can be seen at various points to include:
– just above the capital appreciation picture and just below it
and twice more down the page
it has two lines either side of it
