    Hello Enfold Support,

    we have changed the cookie settings on our site to german. But there is no possibility to change the text in Google Analytics to activate this. “Please enable this feature in your browser settings and reload the page.”

    Where can we change the text?

    thanks for your answer.

    I would like to see an alternative way described in the documentation instead of recommending a plugin. Because the settings have to be made only once and using a plugin for this I find it a bit exaggerated.

    This is how it works without a plugin:

    1. rewrite mo- and po-files and put them into child-theme folders – as described here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/translation/#child-theme-translations
    2. also rewriting the Ajax-Search texts – here this contribution was very helpful: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/change-text-on-search-page/#post-848196

    Hi Tobias,

    You could remove the plugin after editing the string, you do not need to keep it. You can alternatively use Poedit – https://poedit.net/.

    If you do not mind sharing correct translation of “Please enable this feature in your browser settings and reload the page.” text in German, I can update the string and forward to our devs so it can be included in upcoming version :)
