    Hi there,
    I have a problem with woocommerce-plugin when using Enfold-theme. The user is not able to finish the checkout because of the error message “Billing address not valid.”
    All plugins, WordPress and Enfold are up to date. Deactivating all other plugins hasn’t worked, too. Using theme “Twenty Twenty” solved the problem.

    Scroll down to “EFQM Basis Training (Foundation Training) “, click on “Mehr informationen” and “Training buchen” to come to the checkout.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    We get this error when we try to submit the form in the checkout page.

    Ungültige Rechnungs E-Mail-Adresse

    We tried to replicate the issue on our own installation but have not been able to do so.

    Did you install a custom checkout field editor plugin or extension for Woocommerce?

    Hi Ismael,
    thank you for response!
    The only Woocommerce extension installed is “Germanized Pro” (https://vendidero.de/germanized-pro-2-0). I have also tried the Checkout Field Editor.
    But as I wrote: even if I deactivate all plugins except Woocommerce, I still get the error. If I use another theme, the error is gone.

    just want to let you know that the issue has been solved. The problem was one function of my own in the functions.php.
