    Hello,

    I have a newsletter suscription form in the footer of this web https://tbc.com.es
    And I installed de mailchimp API key, and it is well connected.

    But there are some emails that can’t subscribe to the list. It appears an error message: “There something was wrog, sorry. Please try again”

    one mail that doesn’t work is (in the private content)

    This emails, are actually active and working.

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the late reply!

    Are you having the issue only with this email? If you are, is this the email address you used to register to Mailchimp? I believe that might be the reason :)
