Our Story (main menu) which has a submenu isn’t clickable on mobile version. Desktop works fine.
July 10, 2020 at 3:49 am #1229276Hey Klucas79,
Is this on an actual mobile device? I’m not having this issue on browser.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonJuly 10, 2020 at 4:39 am #1229298Yes mobile – it is in the title 😏
July 10, 2020 at 6:53 am #1229326Hi,
Yes but I’m asking a specific device. I’m using a Samsung Galaxy also with no issue.

Jordan ShannonJuly 10, 2020 at 4:53 pm #1229453Doesn’t work on my iPhone 7 and my cliect has an Android.
July 10, 2020 at 8:24 pm #1229477Hi,
Allow me to get some insight on this from the other admins.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonJuly 10, 2020 at 8:49 pm #1229489Hey,
Please go to Enfold theme options > Main Menu > Burger/Mobile Menu and in “Clone title menu items to submenu” choose to “Create a clone for the title menu item” option :)
Cheers!
YigitJuly 10, 2020 at 9:12 pm #1229491I did that but it still isn’t going to that main page when I click it on mobile.
July 10, 2020 at 9:16 pm #1229492Also, we have a button on the home page “support our community” that goes to the partner main page but that doesn’t work on mobile either even though not in drop down menu. Must have something to do with main menu items that have sub menus not being accessible as pages.
July 10, 2020 at 10:04 pm #1229496Hey,
1- When you click on “Our Story” menu item on mobile, it displays child menus and you can find another “Our Story” menu item at the top of submenu which works for me on iphone 7.
2- “Support our community” button works on mobile as well for me but it shows 404 error because the link seems to be wrong. Could you please flush cache in LiteSpeed Cache settings and check if that helps?
Best regards,
YigitJuly 10, 2020 at 10:48 pm #1229501ah you are right. I don’t like the double menu though. Isn’t there a way just for the main menu and submenu to be clickable without that duplication?
July 10, 2020 at 10:50 pm #1229502the support our community works on desktop…
July 13, 2020 at 9:39 am #1229882Hi,
In that case, please go to Enfold theme options > Main Menu > Burger/Mobile Menu and choose “Always display submenu items” option :)
Best regards,
YigitJuly 13, 2020 at 6:48 pm #1230044That doesn’t resolve the initial problem. Either we have a double menu, or we can’t click on main menu when there is a sub menu (like on desktop). Can this be fixed for mobile?
July 15, 2020 at 3:32 pm #1230619Hi,
Could you please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it?

YigitJuly 15, 2020 at 9:51 pm #1230753Try this
July 15, 2020 at 10:51 pm #1230770Hi,
I just tested your menu on my iphone. Please see screencast in private content field below :)
Best regards,
YigitJuly 17, 2020 at 10:31 pm #1231385The menu is working now. Thanks.
Still one problem. On the home page the button for “support our community” should go to the parners page (it does on the desktop), but on mobile it says page not found.
July 18, 2020 at 1:11 am #1231397Hi,
Have you attempted a full cache clear on mobile?
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonJuly 18, 2020 at 1:15 am #1231398Yes. I have even turned my phone off and on again which should clear everything.
July 20, 2020 at 5:33 pm #1231801Hi,
I edited your “home slider” named LayerSlider and updated links from “/misson” to “/partners” on all slides.
Please review your website :)
