    Hi there!
    I created a form (simple newsletter one) using gravity forms but by leaving name and email there’s no confirmation message being sent.

    Can this be some compatibility issue?

    I double-checked and this is a standard function in gravity form, not sure how this further check this issue.

    Hey SimonePols,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hi Simone,

    The plugin we recommend should generate a link which should let us have access.
    After creating a user, it should generate a link that looks like this:

    https://mysite.com/wp-admin/?wtlwp_token=2e01a1a40413a6b89c8c8ceda7f480a3

    Hi SimonePols,

    Thanks for the admin access.
    I have replaced a few settings in the Admin Notifications of your newsletter:
    Send to Email: {admin_email} (I replaced this with my email when tested)
    From Name: {Nome (First):1.3}
    From Email: (Email address hidden if logged out) (I just changed this since from email and send to email is using the same email)
    Reply To: {Email:2}

    It seems to work fine on this setup. :)

    I tested with my email and now I am getting the newsletter if I subscribe, I just still don’t receive a pop-up, for the user experience it is a bit strange (a user might not understand that he actually subscribed at first).

    After double-checking with gravity they told me this is usually a standard functionality, can it be that in my case this pop-up is somehow not enabled?

    Hi Simone,

    I’m not really sure about the popup since I’m not very familiar with the plugin but once I have submitted to the newsletter it shows this message:

    Can you try to temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme like twentytwenty and see if a popup appears?

    Wonder why this is not working on my end.

    I will try to go live with the website and try again after that or from another browser, for the moment that’s good.
