    Hi, I’ve recently been hired as a web developer for my company. The WordPress website uses the Enfold theme. The person who set up the website doesn’t have the information I need to login to your support forum. Our website info and login is below. How can I recover the purchase code to be able to ask support questions on the forum? Thanks for your help!

    Hey Gretchen,

    Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the problem. Do you have any idea of which email was used when the theme was purchased? If so then you could login to Themeforest and get your purchase code there. If you don’t have any means of getting that, then you might have to purchase a new license. I would recommend reaching out to Envato/Themeforest support as well, since they might be able to help you out more than we can.
