Hello to Enfold dream team,
Another question, probably easy but I haven’t found similar subject in this support forum.
I’d like to add some shop pages and use PayPal solutions. I certainly did something wrong because I’m unable to find the corresponding dummy content page, I deleted it by accident. I’m using Enfold Photography for you to know. So how could I manage to rebuild those pages and make it work with a payment solution ? Beside, I’ve installed WooCommerce on PayPal advices (reading you it’s supposed to work) but it brought my web site out of order with no possibility to see pages again only a white page (or a HTTP ERROR 500) and neither having access to the admin (it’s always stressing me when it happens).I had to restore the database to make my web site work again.
What did I do wrong ? may I find a tutorial somwhere ?
My goal is to reuse Enfold shopping pages by default with PayPal solution.
Could you help me on this please ?Best regards
Alexis

Can you please check the server log for error?
The error text will give some insight on what was happening there.

VictoriaJune 29, 2020 at 7:25 pm #1226553Hello Victoria ,
Thank you for your quick answer
Each time we tried to access to the web page or even the admin we got a white page including an “HTTP-Error 500” text on Chrome and a strictly white page on Safari . I can’t say much more. I did restor the database to get everything on tracks, fortunately it works again but I fear to try another WooCommerce plugin install .
Best regards

I’m going to try, I’m using an OVH server.
While I’m trying to find what was wrong, how could I manage to get back the dummy content page “My Shop” knowing I did delete it ?
Best regards

Thank you for the update.

Can you create a backup or a restore point of the site? You should create one if you haven’t already so that you can revert the site back to a working condition in case something goes wrong.
What do you mean by “dummy content page”? You might not be able to restore those items if they don’t exist in the trash unless there’s a backup or a restore point.
Best regards,
