Hi
I’m puzzled… I just created some new pages. These pages work fine on Chrome, Firefox and Edge. However, on Safari, some images are not shown. Also, one older image is not shown either on Safari.
The error message is:
“Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()”
However, the image URL is available on the other browsers.
Has anyone similar experience? Have you found a solution to it?
Cheers,
Ralph

Hi Ralph,
Thanks for the update. It looks like there is lazy loading added to the images which are missing, what is adding that and did you try to turn it off?
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi Rikard
Indeed, Lazy Load was turned on on those pages. Turning it off (and purging the cache) didn’t change it though. I recall, that I tried this to solve the problem.
I found the problem: for some reason, the image names changed. They had capital letters in the name and afterwards, the name was lower-case only, z.B. url/User.jpg vs url/user.jpg. Why this happened, I don’t know.
For some reason, Chrome and Firefox are more forgiving in such case.
Problem solved. It can be closed. Maybe it will be helpful to others too…
Cheers,
Ralph
