    Hi Tanju,

    Are you referring to this topic? If so then it looks like you are having a conversation with @guenni007 in German? Please note that we have no native German speakers among the moderators, so it’s a bit hard for us to follow a thread like that unfortunately. Also, there’s no point in opening threads about already open ones. If you think the support time is too long then doing that will make them even longer.

    Does that mean you don’t need anymore help?
