Validation code with W3 Validator

Hi,
I ran my website through this validator: https://validator.w3.org/. I always get these few errors that I don’t know what they mean and can’t fix them.
An element with role=tab must be contained in, or owned by, an element with role=tablist(on a few lines) and
The aria-controls attribute must point to an element in the same document. (also on a few lines).
Please give me some tips on how to solve these problems.
