    Hi
    I read this or similar topics about the problem, but I didn’ find a solution. Sorry if I’m wrong.
    My problem: If the user choice Stripe as payment method, will see this:
    Checkout https://screencast.com/t/97FsXiEe
    The fields are to tight and inpossible to write in. I already contacted Stripe, WooCommerce, (with admin rights) nobody can solve the problem. The WooCommerce support says I must try with you.
    So, lovely people help me please!
    Thanks
    Geza

    Hey Geza,

    Thanks for the screenshot. Could you post a link to where we can see the actual elements as well please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hey Rikard

    of course:
    1. put something in the cart:
    https://forex-academy.eu/uzlet/
    Go to the cart (Symbol right above)
    2. Click on the button “Tovább a pénztárhoz”
    3. Scoll down and choice Stripe
    This is the page with the problem. Here is the screenshot:

    As I said I can make you an admin account in privat post.
    Thankyou!

    Hi Geza,

    Thanks for that. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:

    .wc-stripe-elements-field {
        height: 40px;
        min-height: 40px;
    }

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Thank you looks good, but the fields are inactive. I can’t fill the form, I can’t write in it. Try it please

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I’ve never seen that problem before and I don’t know why it’s happening unfortunately. I’ve asked the rest of the team to take a look as well. Please reply back to this thread so that it gets added back to our support queue.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,
    it means there is no solution?
    What should I write?

    #1224267

    Hi,
    Please check that Enfold Theme Options > Performance > Load jQuery in your footer is not activated and that no other plugin is moving the jQuery to the footer.
    Also, try deactivating Enfold Theme Options > Performance > JS & CSS file merging and compression and activating Enfold Theme Options > Performance > Disable Template Builder Elements > Always load all elements and then check your check-out again after clearing your browser cache.

    Best regards,
    Mike
