Hi,
I have a page full of short codes and when I click on the “advanced layout builder”, nothing happens. See attached screenshot:

How can I edit this page?
Thanks,
DanaJune 14, 2020 at 5:56 am #1222448Hey Dana,
Thanks for the login details and screenshot. I can’t see that happening on the page in private though, on which page are you seeing this?
Best regards,
RikardJune 14, 2020 at 5:25 pm #1222487Hi there,
I’m seeing it on this page however I just realized that I have to scroll a LONG way down and the layout builder appears below. Is there any way to remove/hide the short codes or move it below the layout builder?
June 15, 2020 at 5:49 am #1222555Hi,
Thanks for the update. I can’t see any problems on the page you linked to either. You do have debug mode active though, is that what you are referring to maybe? If to then please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode, and remove the code in question instead of adding it. We can do that for you but then you would need to activate the editor functionality under Appearance, or post FTP login details in private.
Best regards,

I disabled Debug mode but I’m still seeing this when editing pages. I’ve also tried toggling the enfold child theme options as per your screeshot and i still see this when editing the page.
Thanks,
DanaJune 17, 2020 at 1:30 pm #1223373Hi Dana,
Thanks for the screenshot. I edited the page in private but I can’t see any problems, could you link directly to the page with this problem please?
You still have debug mode turned on by the way, we can turn it off for you if you like.
Best regards,
RikardJune 18, 2020 at 5:03 am #1223587I’m pretty sure I changed that in the wp-config but yes please, go ahead. I’m not seeing anything wrong with the page, I’d just not like to have to scroll past all the shortcodes as per my screenshot below – but I think you said disabling debug mode would fix this?
June 19, 2020 at 4:55 am #1223935Hi,
You don’t add or remove debug mode in the wp-config.php file, that is WordPress debugging. I’m referring to the theme debug mode, see the documentation I linked to previously.
Here’s what I see on my end when editing the page I linked to in my previous reply: https://imgur.com/a/GRnJPxW
If you need further help then please link directly to the page where you are having this problem so that we can have a closer look at it.
Best regards,
Rikard -
