Dear Support Team,
unfortunately I have with the Masonry elements the behaviour that the web page or container starts to wobble / shake after the “Load more” button is triggered.
As it looks like I am not the only one with this problem. How can this be solved? The behavior seems to be acute only in the last weeks or months.I am looking forward to your feedback.
Best regards
ThomasJune 15, 2020 at 3:59 pm #1222697Hey ZY,
Could you please attach the screencast of the issue? Which browser are you using?
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
Best regards,
VictoriaJune 15, 2020 at 8:30 pm #1222812Hello, Victoria,
I’ve sent you a little video. See private link.I have tested this with the following browsers.
– Microsoft Edge Version 83.0.478.45 (Official Build) (64-bit)
– Firefox 77.0.1 (64-bit)Additionally I have disabled the cache plugin for testing purposes. For the other installations no cache plugin is active. But the behaviour is also present there. On mobile devices (6.3 inch display) I could not reproduce the problem.
Since we have a 2 factor authentication I need a mail address from you.
Best regards

June 23, 2020 at 10:16 am #1224801Hi,
Sorry for the delay. The solution in the following thread should help fix the issue temporarily.
// https://kriesi.at/support/topic/masonry-screen-shakes-on-desktop/
Try to add this css code.
.avia_loading_icon { display: none !important; }Best regards,
IsmaelJune 23, 2020 at 7:49 pm #1224939Hello Ismael,
thank you for the solution. The implementation has worked successfully.
Can you already say when this will be solved permanently?
Many greetings
ThomasJune 24, 2020 at 6:12 am #1225027Hi,
It’s possible by next update, keep an eye out for the change-log. In the meantime any updates made in quick css are safe from being overwritten so the css fix will remain until a permanent solution is ready.
Best regards,
Jordan Shannon -
