    Hey,

I have problem with the sharing buttons.
In Enfold > Blog-Layout I activate the Twitter Link, the LinkedIn Link and the E-Mail-Link.
But at the Blogpost, the LinkedIn- and the E-Mail-Link are without the URL of the site.

    Look here:https://audit-professionals.de/2020/05/18/unterstuetzung-m-w-jahresabschlusspruefung-deutschlandweit-freiberuflich-gesucht/
    The link of the mailto-button is: “?subject=Unterstützung (m/w) Jahresabschlussprüfung – deutschlandweit – freiberuflich gesucht&body=/2020/05/18/unterstuetzung-m-w-jahresabschlusspruefung-deutschlandweit-freiberuflich-gesucht/”

I think, it’s trivial, but how can I add the body with the URL to the e-mail-link and the right link to the LinkedIn-Link?

I hope, you understand my problem!

    Many thanks
    miciba

    Hi Miciba,

    Sorry for the late reply!

I checked share buttons on your blog post however they are working fine on my end. I am not sure if understood the issue clearly though. Could you please elaborate and post screenshots if possible? You can upload your screenshots on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and post the links here :)

    Best regards,

    Hey Yigit,
the problem is, that the text in the Outlook-Editor after klicking the E-Mail-Button is without the domain-path and without a link.
Ooooh – I have an idea – I use the plugin “make paths relative”. Maybe thats why the blogpost-permalinks became relative. I will test it.

Yes! After I disabled the Post-Permalinks in the “make paths relative”-plugin, it works fine!!!! :)
    The problem is solved!

So – thank you, best wishes,
    miciba

    Hi Miciba,

    Glad you figured it out!

I have seen on another users installation “broken link checker” was displaying share links as broken. I believe that was also related to “make paths relative” plugin. We will keep in mind that “make paths relative” plugin does not play well with share links :)

You are welcome! Let us know if you have any other questions or issues and enjoy the rest of your day! :)

    Best regards,
    Yigit
