    everytime we write a post and checkmark the category on right side block, it saved properly, however when refreshed and check on post list, it would always reverted back to 1 other category, it seems that the check we did before doesn’t affect regarding category selected.

    Only when done via Quick Edit on Post list then we will abble to correct the category.

    Please advise what could be wrong?

    Hey nikestars,

    Thanks for the login details. I see that you are running an old version of PHP, could you try updating that to 7.1 or higher to see if that helps please?

    using php 7.3 still doesn’t work.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I see that you still have the old version of PHP on the site, is there a reason why you need to run that? Also, did you try disabling all plugins? You could also try to enable the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options.
