    When I load the site for the first time it show only the preloader image, I have to refresh the browser to display the page

    Hey BNA1956,

    Did you check the option to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance? If not then please try doing so to see if things change after that. If not then please include admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
