    I’m trying to secure a refund for my Enfold purchase. Can you please let me know what my next steps are? I purchased the product a few hours ago.

    Hey tantriwija,

    You need to request the refund with Envato/Themeforest first, when we receive it then it will be approved and you will get your refund from Envato/Themeforest.
