    Thanks for the login details, though I get a 404 error on the login page. Did you move the site?

    No, the acces is correct, but you have enter a pre access user and code (see private data)

    I just entered, but now the notice does not appear.
    Anyway I think the problem has to do with the Dinamic Avia folder that is occupying 5 gb.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update, but I still can’t access the login page. When clicking the link you posted I get redirected to the URL in private, then I get a blank page reading File not found.. If I go to /wp-admin/ I get the 404 message I referred to earlier.

    If you are having problems the dynamic_avia folder then please make sure that you are running the latest version of the theme (4.7.5), and select to activate the option to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance. Also, which version of PHP are you running on the server?

    Hi Rikard could you try again, so times you have load two times or more, after appear a dialog box for insert private access, see in private content.

    I have Enfold 4.7.5 and PHP 7.4

    I can’t activated “Delete old CSS and JS file” Into Performance Enfold, one time and one time, said me…

    Saving didnt work!

    I also cannot install the plugin autoptimized. My hosting are completed, (dynamic-avia sized 5 Gb, just hosting space)
    I think that is the problem.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update, I got in now and I see the same problem on my end when I try to save theme settings unfortunately. I see that the server is responding with a 400 error, bad request, on the admin-ajax.php WordPress file. I’m not sure why that is though, could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they can spot the problem? Also, I see that you are running PHP 7.4.2, would you be able to try different versions? If so then please try 7.2 and 7.3 if they are available for you.

    Thank you very much, it is already solved.

    At the end it was a problem of lack of capacity in the server. The dynamic avia folder took up 5gb, exactly the maximum server space. That way you couldn’t do anything on the web, nor activate the Delete Old CSS box. At the end I expanded the space hosting and the “Warning” message disappeared, I was able to activate Delete Old CSS and the dynamic avia folder was freed from space. Thank you so much for everything. Cheers
