AntonioJune 3, 2020 at 9:23 am #1218981Hey Antonio,
I’m not sure I understand then problem, do you mean the delay for the animation of the content maybe? If so then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site.
Best regards,
RikardJune 3, 2020 at 11:20 am #1219007Hello Rikard.
Sorry, yes that is what i wanted to say, the delay for the animation of the content. The content doesn’t appear until you scroll down.

AntonioJune 3, 2020 at 6:08 pm #1219210Hi, can you have a look to this page?
June 4, 2020 at 1:13 pm #1219373Hi,
Thanks for that. I activated the option to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance, and that seems to have change the problem behaviour. Please check your site in and incognito/private browser window to avoid local cache.

RikardJune 5, 2020 at 5:07 pm #1219851Hi Rikard and sorry…
I have done what you have asked me, to visualize the web in an incognito tab, but everything remains the same, there is a considerable delay in the animations. Even in the following links / pages see how the masonry galleries are displayed.Best regards,

VictoriaJune 11, 2020 at 11:59 am #1221635Hi kriesi-team,
1. I have followed the threads you have told me and it still does not work. The images of the mansory galleries are still overlapping.
2. The content doesn’t appear until you scroll down and you pass down the content. Even if the content is at the bottom, just before the footer, and it is a masonry gallery, the images (the content) are not displayed at all.
3. If the column with content (text, image) has any animation there is a long delay in showing the content.
The galleries on the mobile appear overlapping at first, when waiting for a while and with a slight scroll down the images appear.
Please a need some help with that!!!
Best regards,
Antonio-

June 17, 2020 at 11:51 am #1223321Hi,
Sorry for the late response. Did you add this script in the functions.php file as suggested in the previous threads?
dd_action('wp_footer', 'ava_auto_resize'); function ava_auto_resize(){ ?> <script> (function($){ var int = window.setInterval(function(){ $(window).trigger('resize'); }, 1500); $(window).load(function () { setTimeout(function() { clearInterval(int); }, 2000); }); })(jQuery); </script> <?php }
This should cause the gallery items to reposition and prevent them from overlapping while the images are still loading. The script should stop by itself once the images are fully loaded.
Best regards,
IsmaelJune 19, 2020 at 11:11 am #1224019Hi kriesi-team,
As I said before I followed the suggested thread and I added the script in the functions.php and it still doesn’t work.
If it helps you, when I resize the internet browser window the problem gets solved.Best regards,

June 22, 2020 at 9:43 am #1224524Hi,
Thank you for the update.
We would like to check the script but the Appearance > Editor panel is not accessible. Please enable the editor or post the FTP details in the private field so that we can check the functions.php file.
Best regards,

AntonioJune 24, 2020 at 3:37 pm #1225260Hi,
Thank you for the update. We have now added the script at the very bottom of the functions.php file. The items in the masonry element are now shifting properly while the page or images are loading. Please don’t forget to remove the cache prior to checking the page.
Best regards,
