    Hello,

    I am writing to you because I have just purchased and installed the ENFOLD Theme on my WordPress blog.

    But I have a problem.

    I work with Profit Builder to make my capture pages and other pages.

    However, since I have been working with the ENFOLD Theme, the capture pages no longer display the overlay. There is only the capture form on a white background.

    can you help me solve this problem because Profit Builder is a tool that I use a lot for my work.

    Blue background : good

    Sorry for the late reply!

    I wanted to look into the issue however it seems like your website is in maintenance mod. Could you please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it? :)

    Hello,

    Thanks for your feedback.

    I put you below, the requested informations.

    In the first one, we can see that the background of the template does not appear. That’s how it has been since I installed Enfold.

    In the second one, you have the templates page installed.
    It seems that no template can make the bottom of the page appear on the web. It only shows the form.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late reply. Looks like the plugin has its own content builder or editor, and it might not be compatible with the theme’s advance layout builder or the existing templates. How does the plugin render the content, or what template does it use to render the capture pages? Additional info from the plugin authors will help.

    Please note that we don’t provide support for third party extensions as stated on our support policy but we’ll try to help as much as possible.
