    Hi
    I got problems by trying to validate the personal token. I already tried with a different one, but I got this messages:

    Das letzte Mal, als wir deinen Schlüssel überprüft haben, konnten wir keine Verbindung zu Envato herstellen:

    Auf Einkäufe konnte nicht zugegriffen werden
    Auf Benutzername konnte nicht zugegriffen werden (wird nur zu deiner Information benötigt)
    Auf E-Mail konnte nicht zugegriffen werden (wird nur zu deiner Information benötigt)
    Folgende Fehler aufgetreten:

    cURL error 51: SSL: certificate subject name ‘envato.com’ does not match target host name ‘api.envato.com’

    cURL error 51: SSL: certificate subject name ‘envato.com’ does not match target host name ‘api.envato.com’
    Einkäufe: Ein Problem ist beim Zugriff auf deine Einkäufe aufgetreten. Nach Aktualisierungen schauen ist nicht möglich.

    No idea how I can fix that, it’s the only customer with this problem although I’m sure, we have a valid licence.

    Hi baiker,

    You have some server configuration issue that is blocking curl request, it is not the theme that does it. You need to check the issue with your hosting provider.

    Hi René,

    Maybe there is, but the theme does not affect any of these nor the theme support can fix it for you.

    So the main issue is that the backup fails with the uploads folder, right? You need to check folder permissions. And you can delete the dynamic_avia folder and see if the issue persists.

    Deleting the dynamic_avia folder will not making problems and I don’t loose content?

    Hi René,

    No, you will not lose content. In that folder, there are only generated styles, they will be regenerated.
