Switch secondary menu and telephone number on mobile and tablet

Please try this code in the General Styling > Quick CSS field or in the WordPress > Customize > Additional CSS field:

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { 
#header_meta > .container {
	display: flex !important;
    flex-wrap: wrap !important;
}
#header_meta > .container > .sub_menu {
	order: 2;
}
#header_meta > .container > .phone-info {
	order: 1;
}
}

After applying the css, Please clear your browser cache and check.
