    Hi,
    We have a problem on thumbnail image for the last month, it seems to appear after one enfold update.
    Here is the blog page : https://www.premaccess.com/blog/
    And if you look at it, we have two different problems, one is the size change (height) and the other one is a croping effet on the left part of the image.

    Can you help us on that ?

    Hi,

    Thanks but you imagine that we tried a lot of different images before open this ticket, we also open a ticket to WPMUDEV for Smush Pro plugin, and we all go to the point that the lastest update cause problem to the thumbnail.
    For exemple if we test on a one OK thumbnail with the same image it will appearing crop also.
    Can you investigate a bit further ?

    Hi,

    It’s not really recommended to embed text in the featured images and it’s also quite redundant in your case because the text is the same as the post title. You should remove the embedded text or make sure that the size of the images are the same.

    You can also set the Blog Posts element to use the uncropped version of the featured image in the Styling > Appearance > Preview Image Size settings. Select the second option and select “No Scaling” from the “Select custom preview image size” dropdown.
