Hi!
Please help me! My website is out of order at this moment.
You can still see the content in the url but in de system I can’t do anything.
I think it is because of the new update of WordPress.
And the fact that the theme Enfold wasn’t updated before the WP update.
It is now not possible to update the thema. I tried with uploading the update, tried to put a personal Envato token in but noting workd.
The website just doesn’t remember anything I do.

Looks like you need to try to remove the old theme Enfold folder and upload a fresh copy. You have some old files there.

Which old theme do you mean? The child theme of the head theme?
And now the child theme is activated. Is it better to activate the head theme?
somebody build the website for us but he doesn’t work anymore so I am figuring out why the child theme is in there and if this is the problem.
I bought the theme Enfold but he put in the child theme with his account.

The child theme will not be affected in this case, you make a full website backup and remove the Enfold folder over FTP, and then upload a fresh copy. In the child theme you will only need to update the file that you copied there from the parent theme.
