    Hi there:)

I’m having an issue with this plugin and I already checked with WC support, it depends on Enfold.

With variation’s products, if I set a different step group for each variation, it takes the rules of the father and it doesn’t work properly.

What I mean: if you check the info the private content, on one product I have a variation which works X with group of 500 and Y with group of 1000.

Can we do something to fix the bug?

    Thanks in advance,
    Davide

    Hey aderal2016,

On the “WooCommerce” tab of the settings page, do you have “WooCommerce Checkout” set to “Yes”?

    Best regards,

    Hi Jordan,

Sorry I don’t understand what you mean :D

The problem is that if you select the first variation, the step when you click “+” is 500. The second and the third variation should have a step of 1000 but it’s not working, it keeps 500.

I tried switching with another theme (like storefront) as suggested by WooC Support and it works properly, so is related with Enfold.

    Any idea?

    Cheers,
    Davide

    Hi,

Apologies for the late reply. This is actually a WooCommerce issue, so please refer to their docs on how to achieve this. I found the following which may help:

    Min/Max Quantities

    Hi Jordan,

as I said I already had a chat with WooC Support and we could prooved this problem is caused by Enfold for some reason. If I switch theme, it works perfectly.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late reply!

It seems to be related to our modifications on quantity buttons. I have disabled it and added custom CSS in Quick CSS field. It is working fine now.

I will report the issue to our devs and will contact WooCommerce team if needed :)

    Best regards,

    Hi Yigit:)

    Don’t worry it’s fine!!

Thanks for investigating the issue, at least now we know what was. Anyway as weeks passed since I reported this, I got to find another way to deal with the problem.

Even if your fix is working, I still need the quantity arrows to let the user choose the quantity as it works for groups. Please how can rollback your changes? I deleted the CSS line but it’s not enough..

    Thanks in advance,
    Davide

    Hi Davide,

It seems like you have reverted the changes already? :)

Previously I commented out following line in /enfold/config-woocommerce/woocommerce-mod.js file

    avia_apply_quant_btn();

    Best regards,
    Yigit
