Hello I please need assistance for using the plugin Search&Filter, as I didn’t find much around on the internet.
I am using a page with ALB where I added the Blog Posts. They are displayed as grid in a 4/5 column. On the left I placed a 1/5 column with the widget containing the searchfilter form.

I tried to set S&F, in order to show the results on the same grid, but it didn’t work. I would like that the results of S&F be displayed in the same page and appear with the same Enfold blog grid. Can you please help me?

    Thanks

    Hi Elena!

    Related thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/customise-masonry-ajax-filter-to-work-with-grid-blog-post-and-custom-taxonomies/

Where can we see the issue? Please provide a link to the page in question so that we can inspect the widget. And as we’ve said in the previous thread, we are not familiar with the plugin, so additional information from its developer will help. Please contact the plugin developers for additional assistance.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

Thanks Ismael, I am sorry for having left this ticket open. I solved the problem with Search&Filter.

For future reference, I created a filtering form with S&F. Then I added the form to a widget (with the plugin in the widget area it appears the S&F). In the 1/5 column I added the widget just created. The trick was adding a further shortcode just after that, simply as text :
    [searchandfilter id=”243″ action=”filter_next_query”]

In this way the plugin can filter the blog grid with an ajax request, in a similar way to what happens with the masonry filter.

You can close the ticket. Thanks
