Hello, I bought your theme few years ago, and now I have a problem with access to your website, it was ok earlier but now it looks like my ip was blocked or something like this. It simply doesn’t load so I cannot check forum, main page or even demo pages. Would you be able to check? My pc ip is 77.65.81.125, it’s not statical.

We do not block any IPs. Could you please clear the cache, check again and get back to us.

The same is on my PC, I can see the website only using my mobile internet.
I reached out my internet provider but they can do nothing here. It’s dynamic IP and they are telling that I have to contact website administrator because it could be blocked accidentally, not them.

MikeHello Mike, yeah, but it’s temporary solution :) as I advised earlier, just month ago everything worked fine, I easily could open the website, demos etc.
It’s obviously some kind of block, cause I had similar situation with another website. Administration of that website told me that my ip was blocked automatically due to possible (or actual) spam from my network.
This happens when you don’t have statical ip, only dynamic.
