Tab section padding

Hi, I am using tab section on my contact page and there is some weird padding that is being added to some of the tabs – by differing amounts on each tab and different again on desktop and mobile.

the first tab looks fine on desktop but on mobile there is all this extra padding, the second tab has extra padding on desktop but looks fine on mobile and the last tab has way too much padding on both desktop and mobile.

On mobile the ideal amount of padding is the one on the second tab and on desktop the first tab has the ideal amount of padding. Is there anything I can do to get them all consistent? I tried using the white space/separator and entering negative values to get things to line up but editing the values so it looked good on desktop didn’t look good on mobile and vice versa.
