    Hi Guys,

    Tried to upload the new update via FileZilla.
    I have followed this video description

    completely and got an email reply now:
    Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue…

    Nothing works anymore. Tried to use the recover mode link which was given from wordpress mail.
    Didn’t work either.
    Don´t know what to do now.

    Hey Maximilian,

    I have checked your site and it does show this error instead:

    The theme directory "enfold" does not exist.

    Please put the Enfold theme back to the themes folder.

    By the way.
    Which Backup method would you recommend?
    Looks like there where nearly endless possibilities like via the Host, wp-plugins, http://FTP..
    Which would you prefer?

    Hi Max,

    If the plugin or service does the job then you can use anything basically, you could try the Updrafts plugs plugin for example.

    so you will have less offtime. If there are some troubles – you can switch back to the old version in seconds.
