Custom widget or sidebar

Hi!
Problem 1
I have a page with columns 1/3 – 2/3. In the left column (1/3) there is a custom widget with right aligned text. This is only displayed horizontally on the smartphone, not vertically.

Problem 2
If I configure the page with the left sidebar instead, the text will be aligned left.

What is the solution: left column with right-aligned text, also displayed on the vertical smartphone?
