Avia Layout Builder does not work. Only shortcode is shown

I cannot get the classic editor option to show and when I am going to edit a published page, the editor places me on a shortcode editor page. I already deleted the theme and uploaded it new, but this doesn´t work.

I can’t get the Avia Layout Builder to show on the page edit.

I am running the latest 4.7.4 version. PHP-Version: 7.3.18
