    Hi,

Thanks for that. I see the same problem on my end using Chrome on Android. What happens if you activate the option to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance? If that doesn’t make any difference then please try to deactivate Maintenance mode to see if that can be the problem.

    Hi!
I tried both of the suggestions and sadly it didn’t solve the problem.

    Hi,

I did a bit of research and the font in question has to be installed on the device in question in order to work, if it’s not then it will move on to the next available font specified in the CSS. Could you check if you have the .ttf file on your local machine? If so then you can upload it to your server and then we can give you some custom CSS to use. I have it on my local machine, but it’s a format which won’t work for the web (I’m on OSX).

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    OK!
I uploaded, the .ttf file to the server.

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. If you know how to write CSS then you can use the font face rule to import it: https://www.w3schools.com/css/css3_fonts.asp. If you don’t then please share the full URL of the font file with us and we’ll give you some CSS to use.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Cybu20,

TTF won’t be enough to cover all browsers and devices.
You’ll most likely need other font formats like OTF, WOFF, EOT and SVG: https://creativemarket.com/blog/the-missing-guide-to-font-formats
And since you are using papyrus, it should be available in google font: https://fonts.google.com/?query=papyrus
In this case, you can just go to Enfold > General Styling > Fonts (tab) > If it’s for heading: Heading Font or for content: Font for your body text then find Papyrus and that should be it :)

    I’m afraid i don’t understand this reply.
the whole issue is that the enfold options for papyrus does NOT work on mobile browsers.
I want it to work on mobile browsers but i don’t know how to make that happen.
As i stated earlier in this thread, all styling options are set to papyrus, but the font still does not work on mobile browsers.

    Hi Cybu20,

I apologize for my wrong response.
I thought papyrus was a web safe font, but the actual reason it works on desktop and not on mobile because Papyrus font is installed on Windows (or probably from MS Office) but isn’t present in mobile devices. I checked it in https://fonts.google.com/?query=papyrus (it is still listed but it’s not selectable anymore) and you need to pay to use it on devices it’s not installed.
I suggest using fonts that are in here: https://fonts.google.com/?category=Handwriting as a workaround it.

    Best regards,
    Nikko
