    I will try to reach you here. I have just upgraded my support for 6 months, but I cant submit tickets. At all.

    Can you help get it to work. I have a pressing issue, and really could use your help with my Enfold Wp Site.

    Luckily I managed to solve my problem on my own, but I would really like to get my subscription to this support forum up and running properly. I think it is tricky when you buy an renewal over at themeforest, what really happens? Is it registered by you etc…?

    I have four different Enfold lisences, and I must say it was a bit random which on I bought the support for.

    Thanks for the update. I reset your account password, so you should be able to login with your user name or email in combination with the password in private.
