Customizing Breadcrumbs

Hello,

Currently my breadcrumbs are formatted as follows:
page title left-aligned.
“You are here” right aligned.
Blue background with white text.

I would like to re-style it as follows:
white background with default text color
remove page title
“you are here” left-aligned
reduce the top and bottom margins a bit
the “greater than” sign in between pages rather than slashes (not a huge deal if this is a pain to do)
